How much can I earn per referral?
You earn 25% of the 8% platform fee on each referred client's first 3 jobs, with a minimum of $5 per qualifying job and a maximum of $50 per referred client.
Who can participate?
Both talent and clients on RealVOTalent can participate. Every account gets a unique referral link in their dashboard.
How are rewards paid out?
Talent referrers receive rewards as Stripe transfers added to their next payout. Client referrers receive account credits they can apply toward their next hire.
How long does my referral link stay active?
When someone clicks your link, the attribution is tracked for 30 days. If they sign up and place an order within that window, you get credit for the referral.
Can I customize my referral code?
Yes. You can set a custom vanity code (like your name) from your dashboard. Codes must be 3 to 20 characters, alphanumeric with hyphens.
When do I get paid?
Rewards are processed after the referred client's job is closed and the standard payout delay has passed. You can track pending and paid rewards in your dashboard.
